Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

As an influential member, the media has an undeniable role in all areas of people's lives, among them, the elderly need a special view of the media. In this research, an effort was made to get to know the living conditions of Yazdi elderly people and to know their expectations and expectations, to provide suggestions regarding media programming. A qualitative research design was used to collect research data. The participants were 10 experts in the field of media and the elderly, who were selected by purposeful and theoretical sampling. The data was collected during a period of 3 months using a semi-structured interview tool. Data analysis was done with the help of qualitative content analysis method. During the analysis, 100 concepts in the form of 21sub-categories and 10 main categories, which include: the importance of material and support needs, the mission of radio and television towards the elderly, broadcasting an effective and entertaining program during the crisis, creative and interactive strategies program making, appropriate scheduling of program broadcasting, gender-oriented programming for the elderly, age-oriented programming for the elderly, programming for the non-native elderly, and programming encouraging active aging were extracted. In order to maintain the audience as one of the main goals of radio and television, it is suggested to recognize the different age and gender groups of the elderly and pay attention to the characteristics of each group, while valuing the wishes of the elderly audience and their interests. Habitat suitability prediction for the animals is one of the ways to achieve the conservation goals for biodiversity. In the present study, habitat suitability of Lacerta media has been evaluated. Based on the maximum entropy result, northwest and western Iran has been predicted as the most suitable for the species presence. Also there are several records of the species presence in Alborz, Markazi, East Azarbaijan and Esfahan provinces that currently situated outside of the suitable predicted region. Precipitation of the coldest quarter with contribution more than 40% was distinguished as the most contributed environmental variable for species presence. Unsuitability prediction of the species presence in central plateau and East Azarbaijan province directly has been influenced by the recent decreasing of winter precipitation. Also, disturbance the habitats of the species along valleys and rivers is the main factors to the decreasing population size of the species. Finally, evaluation the effective factors for species distribution and finding new suitable areas for species presence can help to prevent the species extinction risk in the wild.

One of the issues of reliable performance in the power grid is the existence of electromechanical oscillations between interconnected generators. The number of generators participating in each electromechanical oscillation mode and the frequency oscillation depends on the structure and function of the power grid. In this paper, to improve the transient nature of the network and damping electromechanical fluctuations, a decentralized robust adaptive control method based on dynamic programming has been used to design a stabilizing power system and a complementary static var compensator (SVC) controller. By applying a single line to ground fault in the network, the robustness of the designed control systems is demonstrated. Also, the simulation results of the method used in this paper are compared with controllers whose parameters are adjusted using the PSO algorithm. The simulation results show the superiority of the decentralized robust adaptive control method based on dynamic programming for the stabilizing design of the power system and the complementary SVC controller. The performance of the control method is tested using the IEEE 16-machine, 68-bus, 5-area is verified with time domain simulation.

In order to determine the role of the US withdrawal from Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPA) in 2018 in the evolution and change of the poverty framing, this study analyzes how poverty is framed in two categories of specialized (including leadership, Dolat, Mizan, Icana) and general websites (including Fars, Moj and Young Journalists Club) during 2017, 2018 and 2019. For this, it uses Framing as a theory, and the technique of Pan and Kosicki’s Frame analysis as a research method. Findings are categorized in four groups as syntactical, script, thematic, and rhetorical. The review indicates that 42,302 news and reports are distributed in these websites in the research period that 275 were identified as samples and recorded and analyzed in Maxquda software. The results show that, except for the Young Journalists Club, the way poverty is framed has changed on all cases since the imposition of sanctions, and sanctions highlighted as one of the main causes of poverty in the framing of poverty. In regard of agenda setting, the coverage of poverty news and reports is less than 10%; the poverty news coverage has been declining over the three years under study. The websites of Leadership and Moj have the largest coverage, and Young Journalists Club has the least amount (less than 1%) of coverage. Due to his type of agenda setting, the problem of poverty is marginalized in public opinion. The framing of poverty with emphasis on the US withdrawal from JCPA as the cause of poverty represent poverty as a temporary issue, silences the voice of the poor, and depicts the emergence of a new social form in Iranian society.

Radio, as the main car media, can play a role in developing culture and reducing road accidents by providing traffic information, entertainment and educational programs, information and tourism development. The present study was conducted with the aim of typology of road radio, achieving desired methods of program production and recognizing the capacity of new media to establish road radio in Iran. This research is conducted based on the theory of uses and gratifications, through the case study method and with regard to the environmental capacities. The purposefully selected sample size includes 7 road radios in different regions of the world (USA, Russia, South Africa, UAE, and Canada) which have been analyzed based on the categories extracted from documentary studies and theoretical foundations. The results showed that road radio has a variety of music, educational, magazine and multimedia content. the favorable design of radio program, road environmental capacities (geography, nature, natural attractions, cultural and social events, recreational places) and traffic and environmental conditions in this area are very important. New media technologies have made it possible to provide location-based services, and therefore, it is possible to establish road radio in Iran on the main roads of the country according to the capacity of local radios and using the capacity of smartphone applications.

Computational grids have provided the usage of computational distributed resources for computation-intensive applications. The development of programs that use these capabilities is one of the challenging issues for grid computing. In this article, an effort has been made in order to solve this problem by presenting mobile-agent-based parallel programming on the grid. The presentation of this model, which has been materialized by extending Alchemi™ grid infrastructure, adding agent properties and navigational commands that let the user to develop his/her program by using agents’ mobility and communication between them. In order to evaluate the system, algorithm of matrix multiplication as well as algorithm of finding the convex hull of a series of points has been implemented in the mentioned system.
